Terms and Conditions as set by Tacit Skills.

Tacit Skills reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses in case of insufficient registrations (minimum delegates for webinars 8) or if presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible of the rescheduled date. If deemed necessary, previously allocated presenters may be substituted with alternative qualified presenters.


Written cancellations made within 48 hours of registration (payment has been made) will receive a full refund. Cancellation received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund on the invoiced amount. Cancellation within 20 days of the start of the event will not receive any refund and will be liable for the full invoiced amount, however a substitution of the delegate will be allowed.


Tacit Skills offers a 25% Deposit to be made to secure your spot for the course. This deposit is non-refundable and won’t be refunded incase of a cancellation or carried over to a substitution delegate.


Payment is required within ten (10) working days upon receipt invoice. Following completion and return of the registration form, We reserve the right to refuse admission and withhold CPD points and certificates if payments are not received on time. A payment or an official purchase order must be received prior to the training course


Should for any reason outside the control of Tacit Skills the event is cancelled or postponed due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, Tacit Skills shall reschedule the course. The client hereby indemnifies against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney’s fees, which are incurred by the client.


Tacit Skills does not keep, store or save any kind of credit card information. Payments are securely made through 3rd party services such as Payfast / Paypal or Instant EFT offered by Payfast or South African banking services. Tacit Skills herby agrees not to sell or give out information on the client such as email, telephone number or any information registered on the site by the client.
